TANGER. APARTAMENT

Comprehensive refurbishment project for a 170 m² duplex apartment located on the top floor of a building dating from the late 1960s.

The intervention stood out for the expansion of the living room, through the integration of the vestibule and an adjoining bedroom, and the creation of a large closet that incorporated the existing stove.

The floor and wall coverings and all the water, electricity and heating infrastructures were completely renovated.
