ANADIA HOUSE III
Design of a single-family dwelling on a triangular plot of land, with a relatively flat topography and a slightly higher elevation than the public road. The plot borders a main road to the west, a path to the south and an undeveloped area to the north, with no significant vegetation.
The programme defined by the applicant is structured according to a conventional functional organisation, integrating private, social and support spaces, namely bedrooms, living rooms, kitchen, garage and covered garage.
The proposal provides for the construction of a building consisting of a ground floor, first floor and a small basement for storage, replacing the common annexes. The layout was established in order to respect the alignment of the main road and the boundaries of the plot, ensuring the rational organisation of spaces and an appropriate relationship between interior and exterior.
The formal composition is based on a main two-storey volume, arranged perpendicular to the main road, complemented by two single-storey volumes that fit the triangular configuration of the plot.
