SANTOS HOUSE

Project for a single-family house on a plot of land measuring approximately 2,300 m2 in Águeda. A proposed layout was proposed that, by organising the housing programme with a conventional solution of bedrooms, living rooms, kitchen, garage, etc., adapts to the alignment of the street and the lateral boundaries of the land, seeking the best solar orientation and leaving the existing orchard free.
