"ILHA" IN RUA DOS BURGÃES II
The rehabilitation of Yellow Island is almost complete. The two-storey house that was built later, in the 1940s, was the last to be renovated.
It is a higher quality building than the others, which was in a position to be completely rehabilitated, with most of its original elements in a good state of repair: the floor and roof structure, the wooden staircase, the interior partition walls, the interior doors and shutters, skirting boards, trims and handrails.
The spatial structure has also been essentially maintained, with the addition of a toilet with a bath, which didn't exist before.
